Refund Policy
Player credits for withdrawals and/or cancelled events will be posted back to the master account of the purchaser and will be automatically applied upon checkout of your next purchase. Unused credits will carry over from year to year. To view your credit balance, go to Your Account Dashboard. Refunds will only be issued by request, less a $10 processing fee.
